  • I had a refrigerant leak in my split unit system in my condo. I had one company come out for approximately a year to try and “find” the leak. I was without air conditioning at times throughout the summer and without heat at times this winter. After the other “company” came out and finally found the leak, it would be minimum of $1,500 to fix it. Being the system was 10 years old and about ready to die anyway, I didn’t feel it was intelligent to fix a 10 year old system for that amount of money to band aid the issue. I decided I would replace the unit and have a completely new system and be worry free. I called and had 3 companies come out and give estimates on the replacement. Eddie came out and was promptly on time. It was so painless of a process with him giving me the estimate. The estimate he gave was $1,600 cheaper then the other two companies I had come out. The guarantees that come with Aire Serv and the professionalism of all the employees I came in contract with throughout the process was amazing. I asked Eddie when it could be replaced and he said he could do it that day if needed, everything was in stock. The other 2 companies I had come out who were at least $1,600 more were at least 1 week out to come out and perform the work as none of the systems were in stock or whatever the case may be. The install crew, Zach and Parker I believe the other installers name was came out on time and had the installation done within 8 hours. I have heat now and works like a champ. I am telling everyone I know about Aire Serv and how well everything went. Don’t waste time getting bids elsewhere, it’s a waste of time. Get a hold of Eddie and tell him I sent you and you’ll probably get a steal of a deal as well! I’m the one in the Timberland condos in Beaverton, I’m sure he will know. Hoping to save people time and hassle and money which is only reason for my review. Aire Serv still believes in customer service, which is rare with businesses anymore. I was not paid or anything for this review, just trying to be helpful to everyone. Thank you Aire Serv!

  • Power surge took out my furnace. Aire Serv of Marion County was able to come the next day, get parts to fix it the day after that, and now it’s all good again. Robert and Dean were helpful with my questions about how to stop this from happening again and getting me back running as fast as possible. Considering all the other people with problems after the big wind storm we just had I am happy with the fast service.
