From the initial call to the technician's professionalism and service, all was handle well. 15% senior discount is only for regular business hours….not emergency (weekends/after hours.) I have used this company since owning this house (11/2006). I lost the A/C during a June where the temps were hitting in the 100s. This company was the only one that could come out within a day. When the technician showed up he found a loose ground cable. Fixed it with a very minimum charge. I appreciated the honesty and signed up for yearly contracts ever since. Their contract price is higher then the coupon on Angie's list so I started to use those. They have had technicians in the past that have tried to sell me equipment or replacement parts but they have been few and far in between. My last check was May 27, 2015. All crews that have shown up have been polite and pretty much on time. The office person (Betsy – I think) is great. I highly recommend Aire Serv.

We first contacted Aire Serv using their coupon on Angie's List. I called for an appointment and set one within 2-3 days for a 2-hour window. The technician called when he was near, and was right on time. He set right to work. He took photos of the mold on the exchanger and showed them to us before doing anything. He also explained the situation with the faulty (actually, incorrect) capacitor on the compressor and recommended replacement. When we agreed, he cleaned the mold thoroughly, as well as took care of the capacitor. He also advised on air filters in the return vents. He left literature on a more expensive option to control the mold (there would have been a same-call discount, but we declined). We were sufficiently impressed that we bought a contract for semi-annual maintenance.
