After numerous calls to American Home Shield. They couldn't get anyone out for almost 5-7 days! My house temperature was 89 and climbing. So, I called Aire Serv. They do the maintenance on our system. Harry responded quickly and got us a technician to come out the same day and resolved our air conditioning problem. James the technician was very professional, polite, and explained what was wrong and what he did to repair the system. He complied with our need for masks as we have medical issues. Will highly recommend them for air conditioner/ HVAC solutions. Thank you so much.

I would highly recommend this vendor. From the initial call to the technician's professionalism and service, all was handle well. 15% senior discount is only for regular business hours….not emergency (weekends/after hours.) That minor point should be clarified on Angie's List. However, so pleased with the service that I purchased the maintenance plan for AC unit.

I received a call to let me know the techs were on their way over. They arrived on time and started to work. Part of our system is in the attic and when they finished they offered to clean up the mess from the debri that had fallen out of the attic. Yay! They were professional and communicated with me about the repairs they would recommend. They didn't push the sale, they were honest and said I could wait until the next inspection and it wasn't a dire need. That was nice to know and that they were not just trying to make a buck. It let me know they were looking out for me so I feel confident that I will be using them in the future. They were also friendly with my kids, they interacted with them and didn't get annoyed that they would come over and look at what they were doing.

Found an issue with Air Conditioner. We signed a Maintenance contract for 2 visits in which the problem with the air conditioner will be fixed when they are out. The problem wasn't serious enough for this AC season. They gave the cost of repair at$116.00 which seemed fair. They guarenteed that price for next visit. They found the outgoing Air unit on furnace was coming untaped. They repaired that for $30.00. They provided pictures of both issues and allowed us to decide if they should repair and the cost of the repair. Job was done and we signed up for the Angie maintenance price of $99.00 for a 1 year 2 visit contract. That was a good price.
