Local Emergency HVAC Service in Andersonville, Tennessee

AireServ of Knoxville is So Great! They are always Friendly, Professional and Responsive. My Family has used AirServe for many years and they have always been dependable. Cindy, in the office, is so Sweet and helped me to get an apt time which worked for my schedule. Simon W. called to see if he could come by early and that was appreciated! He arrived and listened to what I thought was the issue with my system and he worked on it and fixed the minor issue that had taken place. He tested the system after he completed the work and made sure everything was operational. He answered all of my questions. He was Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly. He did a Great Job! This is the second time he has worked on my system – the first time was a seasonal system service and he made suggestions which would help the system to be more efficient. In addition, when a new system was needed Rocky was very Efficient when he presented the system options and he was able to answer all of our questions and help to make the right decision. It is a Comfort to know that I can always count on AireServ to help and do a Great job — whether it is for seasonal system service or an emergency outage!!

Jack came out to my house to do all the proper calculations and make sure that the system that was installed was the proper size and type. I always choose locally owned businesses whenever possible and could not be happier ! I would give Aire Serv 10 STARS if possible.

Our gas furnace needed replacement and we decided to look into replacing it with a heat pump system. We contacted Aire Serv of Knoxville, among other contractors. Aire Serv was by far the most professional in their response. Colt Bailey came to our home and, after a visual inspection, provided us with three replacement options that he thought would meet our needs. He expertly explained each of them in detail and answered all of our questions carefully. After choosing one of the options, Aire Serv scheduled an installation day that was most convenient for us. The installation crew arrived promptly and completed all of their work on time and with virtually no interruption to our daily routine. They were friendly and professional throughout. And the system they installed is working great! We have had experience with other HVAC contractors. None of these match Aire Serv and we would gladly recommend them without hesitation or reservation.

After searching Angie's List, we called Aire Serv to get an appointment to have our HVAC unit inspected and repaired. The heat was running constantly and our electric bill had tripled! Once we ruled out the new digital meter put in by the electric company as being the culprit, we tried to contact the vendor who sold us the original (brand new) unit less than 2 years ago. Not surprisingly, they had gone out of business. We paid for a 10 year warranty on parts AND labor but the labor was never submitted (we didn't know that, of course). We called a local company and got a very pleasant, knowledgeable customer service agent, Ann, who set up an appointment for us the same day. When the gentleman (Kevin) was able to come out even sooner, we were delighted. Kevin spent several hours at our home troubleshooting and repairing the HVAC unit. My husband stayed with him and assisted whenever he could. Everything was friendly, professional, and the immediate problem was solved. Just this morning I again called the office to arrange for someone to come examine the ductwork, per Kevin's recommendation and our own suspicions, as we think there is a problem there, as well. Again, I got a very pleasant response from Ann and we arranged for an appointment in 2 weeks (our choice to wait as there are other things on our calendar!). We invested in an inspection contract whereby Aire Serv will come out twice a year to check our unit to be sure everything is running at peak efficiency. The price was reasonable and the peace of mind is priceless. All in all, the experience was a great one. We will continue to go forward with Aire Serv for all our HVAC needs. My thanks to Angie's List for a great reference! Well worth the monthly cost of membership!
