Jeff & Olivia have shown me Excellent customer service these past 2 weeks. Both of my AC's went out during the week when it was over 100 degrees. AHS took 4 days-which they tried to diagnose and fix the problem to no avail. I decided to call on my own & reached Aire Serv in Leander. Jeff & Olivia were so awesome that I had a portable AC in my bedroom by the evening (at no extra charge) to help while my AC went under repair. My downstairs AC had a short circuit & my upstairs had a leak- both were fixed by the next day. Not to deal with anymore AC issues, I decided to upgrade to a more efficient system. Jeff was great in negotiating a superb deal for me on a new 5 Ton 16 SEER unit. Within a few days, Jeff and Haider were installing my new AC unit (within 1 day). Lastly, I decided to buy 2 NEST Thermostats, which Jeff sent Haider (AC Technician), to finish the install. Right in the middle of the August heat, my AC stopped working so I called Aire Serv on recommendation from a neighbor. Our AC hasn’t been working as well as it used to and it’s been a hot summer!! I called the Aire Serv office and Olivia was very kind and helpful. She was able to schedule a tech to come out the same day! And then not only did the tech come, but the owner (Jeff) came out also! They were super professional and polite- they even put little shoe covers on before going inside. Turns out our system just needed to be cleaned and serviced- what a relief. Now it is working so much better and blowing super cold air. We will definitely be using Aire Serv for all of our future HVAC service needs!

Life saver! In this Texas heat you need AC. Ours went out and most places I called couldn’t get out for 48hrs. (No way). The people at AIRE SERV Cedar Park came right out, identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. I was afraid they would say I needed a whole new unit since my unit is pretty old, but the owner (Jeff) said I can squeeze some more life out of it and prolong buying a new unit for a while. So greatfull for his honesty and integrity. Now we’re cold again!
