The service is outstanding! Our ac compressor quit working. I checked everything I could and then we knew we had to call for repair. Martin came out the next morning after our call the eve before. He diagnosed the issue within a few minutes. It was a failed flux capacitor! LOL, he got the repair made in just a few more minutes and we were up and cooling! Great attitude and service from these guys. Couldn't ask for more.

Love Aire Serv!! The house we moved into had the furnace at one end of the house (opposite the bedrooms which would then get really cold in the winter) on top of it being right in the way of our remodel design. Aire Serv moved our furnace under our staircase where is was more central which then required having to redo the duct work as well as added AC to our home. It was tricky to figure out all the logistics of the best way to do this but they figured it out and now our home is very comfortable. Thank you for your hard work!!!

I discovered I had a very unusual furnace in one of my rental properties. I had sent in my reg HVAC company and they couldn't help me. They recommenced Aire Serv. It was late Saturday afternoon when I was able to get a hold of them. The technician showed up at 8 pm that night, had to diagnosis the problem, call is parts provider to get then to open the building for parts and then make the repairs. We love Aire Serv and would recommend purchasing the "Aire Serv Advantage Plan". It's a yearly maintenance plan that pays for itself if you should ever have an issue. We had Aire Serv come out and do a routine maintenance check on our AC in early June of 2021. In August of 2021, after a prolonged heat wave, we had a capacitor on our 14 year old AC unit go out. To be honest, I was prepared to hear the technician say we would need a whole new AC unit because of its age. Thank God Aire Serv employees are honest and have integrity and care about their customers. The Aire Serv Advantage Plan moved us to the front of the line and got us a priority pricing discount. The technician was at our home for a total of 15 minutes because he was able to diagnose the problem and replace the capacitor with stock he had on hand. Furnace and Airconditioning service on the existing old equipment that was in my house when I moved in seven years ago to replacement with a state-of-the-art new energy efficient gas furnace, electrostatic air cleaner and humidifier a couple of years ago. I also had them do a difficult gas piping job when I converted my old electric cooktop to a nice gas cooktop. So, when I needed someone to come an lower my gas meter and assist me in removing an old abandoned barbecue gas line, I knew who to call. Every time, they were very responsive, on time, professional and fair. I was a residential general contractor for forty years and have dealt with every kind of subcontractor imaginable. I would have to rate AirServe as one of the best I have worked with. Highly recommend.
