Local Emergency HVAC Service in Medical Lake, Washington

I have to go out of my way to let Spokane know how happy I am with the service I received from this company. After MULTIPLE other local well known companies came out and gave me song and dance about how "the best" route would be just to replace everything I thought I would have to save and just replace it all, after looking at those companies reviews I found that what I was told was almost word for word what was being told to other families and realized I was being pressured to buy buy buy and my best interests weren't being taken into consideration. I had an independent person have a look at my a/c unit and service it for the summer and he gave it a clean bill of health and to my surprise a few months later it stopped working so we had to call someone and we tried this place, technician Martin came out and informed us a wire had come undone most likely by our pets and reconnected the wire and within 5 minutes our a/c was back up and running, we went out on a limb and asked him to look at our furnace ready to hear bad news and after another 5 minutes he had that fixed also!!! It was a clogged something or other and total charge for everything was only $89!!!!!! We had spent all winter using electric heaters afraid to use or furnace for fear or more damage and didn't have the thousands of dollars to replace it and this wonderful HONEST man solved it all with 10 minutes! My whole family thanks you and will recommend you to anyone anytime!

We have been having many days of extreme heat in Spokane. 90- 14 degrees. The two 40 amp breakers for my A/C would trip 3-4 times each day during the hottest part of the day. I tried to troubleshoot it myself, but after several tries, I decided to call Aire Serv. They had done some maintenance work for us several years ago, and I had been very impressed with how thorough they were. The receptionist told me they could come out the very next day! Unbelievable! Martin showed up, and immediately checked out the outside unit. He spent quite a bit of time testing all of the components, and determined the unit was in very good working order. He then said I should have the breakers checked out. I took the breakers to an electrical supply company, and they verified that one of the two connected breakers was no good. I bought two breakers for a total of 25 dollars. My A/C is working perfectly now. Thank you so much Martin, and thank you Aire Serv. You are the only HVAC company I will ever call, and I will tell everyone I know how great you are!

Furnace and Airconditioning service on the existing old equipment that was in my house when I moved in seven years ago to replacement with a state-of-the-art new energy efficient gas furnace, electrostatic air cleaner and humidifier a couple of years ago. I also had them do a difficult gas piping job when I converted my old electric cooktop to a nice gas cooktop. So, when I needed someone to come an lower my gas meter and assist me in removing an old abandoned barbecue gas line, I knew who to call. Every time, they were very responsive, on time, professional and fair. I was a residential general contractor for forty years and have dealt with every kind of subcontractor imaginable. I would have to rate AirServe as one of the best I have worked with. Highly recommend.

They were straight forward and did exactly what they said they would. As a business owner, that's very important. I will DEFINITELY use them again. Very professional and did a great clean up afterwards.

Super prompt response time, let us know exactly what was needed, clearly outlined our options in a way that we could understand, got us up and running, and the cost — SO much less than I had expected. They completely took the anxiety out of the process for me, and I feel like I will be treated fairly when we call for a new system estimate.
