S’mores Ice Cream Sandwich

This recipe is easy to make and very similar to the classic s’mores. The only additional step is adding a scoop of your favorite ice cream in between the graham crackers!

If you don’t have access to a fireplace, this indoor s’mores dip is convenient and quick to make! Depending on the size of your cast iron skillet, the measurements of ingredients will change. For a 6 inch mini skillet, pour 1 cup of chocolate chips and place 8 large marshmallows on top. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F for 7-9 minutes, or until the marshmallows turn golden brown. Serve the dip with graham crackers for scooping.
