Great service. The receptionist that booked the service was professional. The technician was prompt and did an excellent job. He described flaws in our heating system that were leading to some of the uneven temperatures in the house, corrected one of the problems, and described what we need to have done to improve the system in the future. He did a lot during the service visit and cleaned up after himself, so when he left it was as if he had never been there (except for the serviced heating/AC). <br />

<p>our landlord uses aire serv. So, I have to say the price is a guess. My landlord paid for everything. </p> <p>AND, the repair men were out within an hour to do an assessment. They finished up quickly and had an estimate for completion and charges immediately. </p> <p>They came today to start the repairs. They started at 7:45. 15 minutes early. They gave me an estimate that they would be finished around a certain time and they almost made it. I have an old house and they had to go get a part they didn't anticipate. Even still they were done within 30 minutes of the time they gave me. </p> <p>The repair folks were professional, courteous, and let me know about what they were doing as they did it. </p> <p>One guy noticed I have cats and warned the other workers. Fabulous!! They were not there but in a hotel due to the heat but the workers took time to notice food dishes and toys. So great!<br /> <br /></p> <p>Timmy Armbruster was the supervisor on site and he kept everything on schedule and asked everyone to check and double check all the work. They tested not only the a/c but the heat to make sure it worked, changed my filter and put in a new thermostat . </p> <p><br /></p> <p>I am so pleased. Thanks Angie's List and Aire Serv</p> <br />

Our out side a/c unit on our house decided it wasn't going respond to the inside unit. i called and talked to Nancy, very sweet, who booked me first the next morning. They would have come out the same day but it was a deluge out side and my unit isn't under any cover. They came out and found that the time delay on my old unit had gone out, Philip said he could jump it and replaced the old ugly analog thermostat that had a built in time delay. The first two he pulled out the box were faulty, but he was patient and persistent and the third one out the box was the charm. He added freon to that old set and even replaced my clogged filter with a spare i had in the closet for me. We didn't get charged for the extra work on the first two faulty thermos he hooked up so i am more than happy with the price as it was very fair. This company even uses shoe protectors to keep my carpet clean. i am very happy and will use them for my ac needs from now on! <br />
