We called Aire Serv of Jefferson, because one of our AC wasn’t running came out the same day. They are very reliable, efficient and services our A C very well. Trust worthy and very reasonable on cost.

I had requested estimates from 2 different companies. Aire Serv and another company the <br /> other company never returned my request. My main problem was the wood holding <br /> up the unit inside was bent and rotting. The company also put the unit in on <br /> top of the old wood platform which was already 24 years old! I did not know all <br /> these things till a very nice maintenance man told me that I had better hurry <br /> and get that fixed before my unit falls or I would be paying for a complete new <br /> unit and much more! <br /> I was so impressed with Timmy when he came to give me the estimate. I told him about my <br /> prior experience and he assured me Aire Serv was not at all like that one and <br /> he certainly was more than right about that. Timmy pointed out and discussed <br /> with me the potentially hazardous problems he saw and what could occur at any <br /> time but he would be able to help me with so these things would not happen and <br /> could assure me it would be so secure that it would not be a problem in the <br /> future. <br /> Loose wires, non connections, air flowing problems, etc. He even saw a server problem with <br /> the electoral wiring outside and said he could fix that for us also. <br /> When they arrived, Timmy and his helpers Phillip and Eddie, they went to work right away. <br /> Timmy would explain what they were going to work on and would show me the <br /> problem and how they were going to fix it, an very nice added surprise of this companies <br /> care for their customers. Timmy, Phillip and Eddie were all very neat and clean, <br /> making sure to pick up after themselves, that all my stuff was kept clean and they <br /> each took great care (it was obvious) to not accidentally damage anything. <br /> I couldn?t be happier! They worked through lunch so they could get my heat back on as soon <br /> as possible but all the time taking care to get everything fixed so I would not <br /> have anymore problems. <br /> They did not try to sell me anything else but ?I? asked about their company yearly maintenance <br /> because I was so impressed by each of them and Timmy was delighted to explain <br /> to me their Silver Advantage Plan and all that it entailed. It was a great deal <br /> so I purchased it right on the spot.
