Specialist John came over and I told him my water heater was on the blink. Is it okay I'll take a look at it. I know John is honest because he's come by about 3 years or so ago and I had to go to the hospital and I couldn't follow up as my back the day after you left I went into the hospital. First time he came by he told me don't even get up he could tell I was sick. I'm still not doing very well medically I have numerous problems in a wheelchair also so he went down for me which is very dangerous I even had to do it several times and I just can't do it anymore so this time he went down for me and it came back you need a part and he said probably in about in your day or so it should come I said okay just let me know and if you follow through you know even when I wasn't at the top we'll try and never and he contacted me and said I'm coming over if it's okay I said yeah fine you know so he was here like before lunch it took him like 20 minutes to a half hour that was a little expensive but everything is expensive it's a shame install the defective part and I think it was 480-480 but it having a whole new water here which would have cost me thousands which I do not have. I'm on disability and food stamps. Thanks John thanks for giving me more confidence in our system and I will definitely do business with airserve continually. He's the water heater whisperer.
