I was contacted by the rental agent that I use for one of my rental properties that the heat pump was not working. Through the agency, I was put into contact with Air Serv. They evaluated the system and provided me with three options including repair to the old system and replacing the old system. In looking at the cost of each, I decided to replace the system. Air Serv provided me a detailed list and explanation of what they would provide. I had personal contact with several people at the company from the technician, the sales person and the office staff. All were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The project was done as described on the estimates. When it was discovered that the system that I had selected was on back order, Air Serv upgraded the system to a better one that they had on hand without additional charge so that the tenant would have heat.
