  • I was impressed with the professional approach to business. I received a text message confirming my appointment and then another one the day of the appointment that a service tech was on the way, with his picture. He arrived on time, got right to work and was clear and precise about what he found about my furnace, which had to be replaced. At my request, he put me in touch with a sales rep, who called me back in good time and set up an appointment to come out and talk to me about a new unit. She arrived on time and was professional and informative. After my purchase, we set up the next available date for installation. I received a text the day before the appointment and then another text the day off, again with a picture of the tech. The installation crew also called me when they were on the way and arrived on time and got right to work. They wasted no time in the installation and the lead tech also took his time teaching me what I needed to know about the unit (Furnace and AC,) and the digital thermostat.

  • Two years ago a large, highly advertised HVAC company came to my house to service a central AC unit that had not been checked in several years. Their technician arrived at my house for the first time accompanied by a sales person, which I thought was very strange. Within an hour, they told me that my unit would have to be replaced, and they would email me some replacement options and financing methods. I got on the phone to a trusted, banker friend who immediately recommended that I get a second opinion from Aire Serv of Knoxville because they are “honest and professional people.” Two years later, I still have the same unit, no repairs or replacement was needed, and it is still running great because I have an Aire Serv service agreement that brings them to check and maintain my central heat and AC unit twice a year. I recommend these folks unequivocally, and beware of some of their most commercially promoted competitors.

  • We had a great experience with aire serv. Our heat was out, but they spotted a problem with our electric panel, hooked us up with a great electrician, Powered Up electric. Both crews were on site and all work was completed in one day. The new system is efficient and quiet. We were constantly getting sick before we got the duct work replaced and now we are enjoying excellent health.
