Local AC Repair Service in Tilghman, Maryland

Friday morning AC went out with company coming over in the afternoon and staying for Memorial Day weekend. Called Aire Serv at 7:30am after reading the Yelp reviews. A great individual answered the phone, not an answering service, and helped me right away stating someone would arrive between 12-2pm. I knew from that first person I spoke with to setup the appointment that this was a company I could trust. They arrived on-time and ran through all the checks, compressor, capacitor, air handler etc. I knew it was the outside unit compressor before they arrived and that it would probably need replacing and Aire Serv confirmed my previous troubleshooting. My expectation at that point was that we would have no AC for the holiday weekend. He tried everything to get that compressor to kick in on my twenty year old unit with the old style refrigerant. I needed a new outdoor unit. Efrain checked the air handler and found that it was compatible with the newer refrigerant and would work with a new outdoor unit. A big money saver in not having to also replace the air handler which is what most HVAC companies would have you do. I was right beside him when he called the distributor and verified inventory and told them that his crew was on their way to pickup the unit. I had the unit and four Aire Serve crew members at my house by 4:30pm with the AC cooling the house by 6PM. These guys are probably the most professional HVAC team I have experienced working at my home. The whole team from the first phone call to the guys onsite were amazing. And the price? Extremely competitive and fair. I am extremely happy that I called Aire Serv and met the team who helped me, my family and company have a great Memorial Day weekend. Thank you Efrain and your family for solving our AC problems and also for your 24 plus years of service in the United States Navy!

We have been using Aire Serv since we moved to Easton 20 years ago. Efrain and Mauricio are wonderful. They are quick to respond and explain the issues exactly. They give us all of our options and are patient in allowing us to make a choice. They are a wonderful company.

Efrain and Sandra are a responsive and effective team. Sandra goes the extra mile to fit us in to their schedule, especially when the problem is fairly acute. Efrain is a highly skilled senior technician. He diagnoses tricky problems and is able to resolve malfunctions quickly. With his extensive Navy experience he runs a neat shop, and he and his men are orderly and courteous. We are very pleased to work with Aire Serv of Easton. They are a cut above the other HVAC servicers we have employed in the past.
