Local AC Repair Service in Cordova, Maryland

We discovered Aire Serv in Easton a couple of years ago after having really bad luck with other local providers. I feel Efrain is very honest and always explains in detail the services required. We have been extremely happy with him for our commercial businesses as well as our residence.

The Aire Serv crew live by the motto "We're only as good as our last job," but it doesn't stop there. The support they continue to provide once that job is complete is unrivaled.

This team has been a true blessing. Never made any guesswork on the job to service both of my units. Identified an underlying issue with the original installation and saved me money by only fixing what was needed. Made a plan to do a replacement for the unit that was installed incorrectly by the builder. Gave me pricing options and access to reasonable financing. Installation team was by far the best I’ve had. Protected my home with materials they brought, cleaned up all debris and vacuumed. Top notch work gentlemen!! Thank you!!!

Friday morning AC went out with company coming over in the afternoon and staying for Memorial Day weekend. Called Aire Serv at 7:30am after reading the Yelp reviews. A great individual answered the phone, not an answering service, and helped me right away stating someone would arrive between 12-2pm. I knew from that first person I spoke with to setup the appointment that this was a company I could trust. They arrived on-time and ran through all the checks, compressor, capacitor, air handler etc. I knew it was the outside unit compressor before they arrived and that it would probably need replacing and Aire Serv confirmed my previous troubleshooting. My expectation at that point was that we would have no AC for the holiday weekend. He tried everything to get that compressor to kick in on my twenty year old unit with the old style refrigerant. I needed a new outdoor unit. Efrain checked the air handler and found that it was compatible with the newer refrigerant and would work with a new outdoor unit. A big money saver in not having to also replace the air handler which is what most HVAC companies would have you do. I was right beside him when he called the distributor and verified inventory and told them that his crew was on their way to pickup the unit. I had the unit and four Aire Serve crew members at my house by 4:30pm with the AC cooling the house by 6PM. These guys are probably the most professional HVAC team I have experienced working at my home. The whole team from the first phone call to the guys onsite were amazing. And the price? Extremely competitive and fair. I am extremely happy that I called Aire Serv and met the team who helped me, my family and company have a great Memorial Day weekend.
