With the weather being extremely cold these last couple days it was refreshing to have a company who was more concerned about making sure my family and I stayed warm rather then ignoring calls or gouging us on price. They came out the same day in the late evening and was bale to get my heat working while we waited for the parts need for repair to come in. I was keep in the loop the entire time and the service was done by their technician in a quick and professional manner. I would highly recommend Aire Serv for service.

Absolutely wonderful experience !! My A/C systems blower unit was making noise and to its demise, completely broke apart and left us without use of our system. I called In to Aire/Serv and woman on the phone was delightful to speak with and made me feel at ease that a repair tech would come to my home to assess the problem. The repair technician was on-time , courteous and extremely professional. From initial phone contact to complete system repair , all was done same day . These heating and cooling problems seem to always hit during the worst times. BIG THANK YOU to all your team for taking care of my home and families needs.

As always a wonderful experience with Aire Serv this morning!! Last night I heard water running in a wall I knew didn't have any pipes in it. I went to check my HVAC that is on the other side of that wall and there was water on the floor. I checked the filter and couldn't even get it out because it was soaking wet!! Of course this happens at 2am in the middle of an August heat wave :) Called first thing in the morning and they were out before 10:30am and had it fixed and running within an hour. Thank you so much for getting us back up and running before the house turned into an oven!!!!

I had an issue with a three year old system that experienced a catastrophic failure of the air handler's control board. Aireserv quickly realized that the part number for the board had been updated which allowed them to source a replacement in short order. They installed the board and corrected several installation errors that may have caused the failure. Within an hour the system was back up and running properly.

Owner was very responsive and informative diagnosing my AC issue and repairing it. Also checked out my downstairs unit to make sure it was performing correctly. They also have a maintenance plan twice a year at a reasonable cost which I am considering this fall. All of the other servicemen could not respond for a few days and airserv responded almost immediately.
