Aire Serv was great! <br /> After purchasing my condo, I called Aire Serve to get a second opinion of my heat system. The inspector I used during my home purchase had told me I needed to replace the current system. I wanted to get a second opinion so called Aire Serv. They came out within the week, inspected my system and gave me a detailed breakdown of its condition. They too recommended a new system, and provided a wealth of information on my current system that the initial inspector did not. Air Serve quoted me prices on three different systems, went over the pros and cons of each system and answered all of my questions. <br /> I went ahead and contracted with them to replace the old system. Before the work could be done, however, I needed approval from my HOA. My HOA requested information on the new system and I contacted Aire Serv and asked them to contact the property manager. Aire Serv was more than happy to liaison with the property manager, providing them with information on the new system, the work that could impact the condo and even diagrams and photos. It took a while for my HOA to approve the work, but during the wait time Aire Serv contacted me every few days to let me know they hadn't forgotten about me. <br /> When my HOA finally gave the go ahead on Friday, Aire Serv came out that next Monday and got to work. The technicians were friendly and knowledgable, answered whatever questions I had during and after the installation, then cleaned up after themselves and left. <br /> I cannot recommend Aire Serv highly enough. Their professionalism and willingness to work with my HOA and property management went above and beyond. If you're looking for quality service from friendly, skilled professionals definitely give Aire Serv a call. <br />

They came promptly. Serviced our 2 units. Made a repair on one of them and gave a recommendation for the future. We would recommend them again.

I would highly recommend this vendor. From the initial call to the technician's professionalism and service, all was handle well. 15% senior discount is only for regular business hours….not emergency (weekends/after hours.) That minor point should be clarified on Angie's List. However, so pleased with the service that I purchased the maintenance plan for AC unit.

My AC went out on one of the warmest days of the year and I called them first thing that morning (a Saturday around 9). They answered the phone on the first ring, and a technician was at my home within the hour. He found what the issue was within 15 minutes, had replaced the part, and had cool air flowing within a half-hour of arrival. He was courteous, kept me informed, and worked diligently for the entire visit. The experience was as textbook as they come; however, considering the customer service rendered by many providers these days, I was deeply and truly impressed.
