UPDATE 7/2020: Our old A/C unit finally gave up. It had been on its last leg for a while. We had a guy come out and he gave us an informative quote for a replacement. After doing some research to determine if the price was fair we called the next day to schedule the install. It was an all day project but the guys doing the install were working constantly. It has been very hot here (in the 100’s for several days). After the install I did have an issue with the new unit. The new filter got wet due to poor draining and the unit annihilated it quickly. I called again and Aire Serv sent the same person who installed it out who made some adjustments. A week later it had done the same thing again and destroyed another filter so I called one more time and they sent a guy immediately to come check it. He replaced the plumbing in a different way and the “gurgling” sound went away that the unit had been making. He explained what was happening and why and also how this stuff he had changed would fix it. I am still happy with the service I receive from Aire Serv (even with the wet filter issues) and will continue to use them in the future. ________________________________________________ ORIGINAL POST We have had Aire Serv at our house a couple times over the past 5-6 years. James is awesome! He is friendly and does a good job explaining what the problem is and what your options are for repair. We have had our A/C unit and Heater serviced and are pleased with the quality of the work. Most recently our heater quit working properly. We woke on a Saturday morning to find our house very chilly inside. I placed a call in at 8 am for service. I was given a 10am-12pm window for a technician to be at my house. He arrived a few minutes after 10am and we were back up and running before noon after he replaced a part!! On a Saturday!!
