  • Mr.James Russell was our Hero on 6-9-21 The ac unit in our laundry room was down for 2 days the thermostat was at 93 degrees..on those 2 days it was over a 100 degrees outside…A company had previously come out to work on the unit a week or 2 before…an after many attempts to get them to come back and after dealing with a very rude receptionist…A call was made to AIRESERV HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING and Mr.Russell came to see what the problem was, within an hour or 2 you could already feel the difference in the laundry room…he fixed the unit, an no problems since…Now some of you might think it’s a laundry room…but we have 3 commercial dryers that once they are kicked on…it gets pretty hot really fast…on top of it already being over 100 degrees outside…I would personally like to thank Mr.Russell he was very professional, polite worked in a timely manner and was very understanding to our situation…Thanks again I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

After a thorough evaluation of our broken unit, we were given substantial information and options to make the best decision moving forward. The technician gave us multiple system options in varying price points and went over each option with us without any hint of ulterior motives- like trying to get us into the most expensive model possible. Installation of the new unit was efficient and we’re more than happy with our system now. They come out every season to service our unit and always send the same technician which is such a gift!
