Explained the efficiency score and the efforts he made with some adjustments to improve the score. Also explained how I nearly had an issue with a very fixable thing (oil line shut off was nearly closed) and prevented an emergency call if it had somehow gotten bumped and turned off completely

  • Had my Rinnai gas heater installed by another company that I have to buy my Propane from. I close up my camp in late October and open in in April. I called my company in early September to come do a service call as it was time and the unit was doing some strange things. I leave the heat on low all winter. My company told me they wouldn’t be able to come out until February! I called Fontaine’s and they were out within a week or less. The serviceman was very friendly and professional and took the time to explain the problem and fix it.
