My sister in-law had lost heat due to a furnace issue during the recent cold spell. It was late in the evening and we were concerned about frozen pipes. We looked for a reputable company to address the issue and Aire Serv popped up. We called and they arrived in about 30 minutes which was awesome. They sorted out the problem and addressed the issue. The office staff and technician were very friendly and professional. The technician seemed to know their stuff and even cleaned up the fuel mess caused by he furnace failure. A very positive result.

We had trouble with our boiler after buying a new house. We contacted Fontaine's HVAC around 4:00 pm and they were able to send someone out to help us later that same day. We specifically want to thank Erick A. for his assistance with our Boiler system. When we were not sure what to try next, he came in and was very friendly and helpful. After deducing that we had a bad pump, he swiftly installed a new one for us to help get our heating started up again. Then he helped us locate the source of a leak that had caused all the trouble to begin with. We are very happy with our service and would recommend!

We called at 8 pm on a Sunday night after a big storm, Tim called us back in 15 mins and was very up front and honest with us about a time frame. We chose to wait till Monday morning. When I called back Monday morning they were right here to fix my furnace ( even sent the owner) they knew exactly what the problem was and got it fixed in no time . Tim even called me back to check on us and make sure someone was coming to fix it!!! Great customer service! Thank you
