  • Why do essential appliances go awry on weekends or holidays? Late Saturday evening, we noticed our furnace was leaking a lot of water. We shut it off assuming we would be without heat and hot water until the following week. I called Aire Serv at 9:30 PM, left a message, and received a call back within 15 minutes. After 15 minutes on FaceTime with Aire Serv’s person on call, he knew exactly what needed to be repaired, and offered to come to our home that night. He arrived quickly and made the necessary repairs. I thanked him for coming late Saturday night (he finished just before midnight) and he responded with, “I’m sure you have a family and I didn’t want you to be without hot water or worrying about flooding in your basement throughout the weekend.” The service was great, but the care was even better.
